Achieving this at scale is no small feat, requiring a balance of consistency, flexibility, and personalisation across courses from short programmes to full qualifications.
Montessori Global Education previously used a college-style model with both face-to-face and online learning. The LMS mainly supported classroom-based teacher training, offering limited online interaction and access to digital content. This functionality no longer aligned with the organisation’s evolving vision. It couldn’t keep up.
