We recently built Course Wizard, but we’re looking at integrating AI functionality so you can drop in your documents and let the Wizard build your courses from your documents.
We built eCommerce capability for Totara sites, but we have plans to further upgrade both functionality and design for better user experience.
Here are some of the core features we’ve made as part of our major releases.
Introducing the BuildEmpire Edition.
That’s our version of core Totara. It comes with add-ons like passkeys, extra video formatting and tile grids.
Most recently, we’ve created our own version of the Totara theme; called Blueprint. It’s a cleaner base to build your LMS off of.
Totara course creation has lots of configuration which is what makes it so powerful.
In our summer 2026 release, we created Course Wizard which allows you to build a course in just 4 steps.

We know learner engagement is a huge challenge in L&D.
